About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the health, direction, and performance of the Solutions Architecture function
- Hire, coach, and grow the SA team to ensure technical and commercial excellence
- Manage coverage models across Direct Sales, Hyperscalers, Accelerators, and Partners
- Oversee technical sales ownership, discovery, and PoC success
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership to align market signals with the roadmap
- Act as the escalation layer for complex architecture, security, or compliance objections
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in designing production-grade architectures
- Proven experience leading and growing technical sales teams
- Ability to manage channel-level coverage and rebalance resources based on pipeline
- Strong commercial mindset focused on team-wide ARR bookings
- Experience in an engineering or hands-on technical background
