About the role
Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with a base of premium users
- Handle daily requests, complex cases and users planning to leave the product
- Run communication via email, online chat and calls, owning customer experience quality
- Work with AI and automations to focus on communication and solutions
- Surface user insights to the product team to improve user experience
Requirements
- English at B2 level or above, written and conversational
- 2+ years in support, account management, sales or customer success
- Experience with premium or VIP customers preferred
- Clear, personalized written communication
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and handle objections
- Willingness to work evening shifts, 5/2, 16:00-00:00
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Western markets (US, Canada, Europe)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar tools
