About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest quality food is served from the scratch kitchen
- Manage assigned cooking station from setup to presentation
- Prepare dishes according to company recipes
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience, especially in confined areas and standing for long periods
- Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume, and cooking procedures
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment and within a team
- Basic English reading and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
