Presales Consultant - Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end presales activities across GCG's DT portfolio, focusing on LCNC solutions and related workflow, automation, CRM, and ECM offerings.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, BOQ, and SOW documentation.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, discovery sessions, and customer-facing presentations.
• Engage with customers to understand business needs and map requirements to appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to validate scope, effort, and timelines.
• Assist with pricing, BOQ development, and commercial modeling.
• Review vendor quotations and flag commercial risks or scope gaps.
• Maintain proposal quality and reusable materials to improve team efficiency.
• Build working knowledge across the GCG DT portfolio, including ECM/EDM, workflow/BPM, and digital signature solutions.
• Track competitor activities and emerging platform features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of presales or solution consulting experience within a systems integrator (SI), DT consulting firm, or LCNC/automation vendor ecosystem.
• Mandatory UAE experience.
• Experience with low-code/no-code (LCNC) platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Joget, Mendix, Appian).
• Experience with workflow and process automation tools (e.g., Nintex, Power Automate, UI Path).
• Experience with CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Experience with ERP exposure (e.g., Odoo or similar).
• Experience with ECM/EDM solutions (e.g., M-Files, Doxis, SharePoint, Egnyte).
• Proposal writing, RFP/RFQ response, and BOQ/SOW preparation skills.
• Solution demonstration and customer-facing presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of cloud and infrastructure security.

Preferred Qualifications

• Vendor or product certification in an LCNC or automation platform (e.g., OutSystems, UI Path, Mendix, Nintex).
• Systems integrator or DT consulting firm background preferred over pure vendor profiles.
• Experience in the UAE public sector or SME market.
