About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead development of technical proposals and solution architectures for ECM/EIM solutions
- Champion in-house G Sign product during client engagements
- Manage RFP/RFQ and tender response processes
- Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Deliver product demonstrations and manage proof-of-concept engagements
- Collaborate with delivery teams for effort estimation and scoping
- Maintain relationships with technology partners like M-Files and OpenText
- Guide and develop the presales team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of ECM/EIM platforms
- Hands-on experience with ECM/EIM solution presales in the UAE/GCC
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Visio, and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with low-code platforms like Joget
- Prior experience with government sector accounts
- Knowledge of ERP or Oracle systems
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
What we look for

- Experience with ECM/EIM in UAE/GCC
