President, Energy

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated DOW market and contracts strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives
• Drive end-to-end business development and capture efforts, including opportunity identification and proposal strategy
• Lead pricing, deal structuring, and margin management for complex contracts
• Establish and manage teaming arrangements, alliances, and joint ventures
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with DOW officials and defense industry partners
• Manage full P&L responsibility, including budget, team leadership, and delivery performance
• Navigate complex corporate and political environments to align internal teams and joint venture partners
• Provide timely, accurate reporting on operating performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• 20+ years of senior leadership experience in enterprise growth, government markets, or defense-adjacent industries
• Proven record of winning and scaling DOW contracts
• Demonstrated success leading capture and business development for DOW customers
• Experience leading complex government-facing commercial arrangements
• Experience with P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and margin management
• Domain expertise in energy efficiency, distributed/clean generation, microgrids, or resiliency
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
