About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, P&L, growth plan, and overall performance of the health system business line
- Define competitive strategy across Hospital at Home, SNF at Home, Post-Acute RPM, and Chronic Care
- Develop and execute the business plan, including revenue goals and key performance metrics
- Partner with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Finance to align investments with business needs
- Lead strategic enterprise opportunities and develop relationships with senior health system executives
- Create a systematic strategy for expanding existing customers across facilities and geographies
- Translate market and customer needs into clear organizational priorities
- Build the organizational structure and leadership capabilities required to scale the business
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience building and scaling enterprise healthcare technology businesses
- Demonstrated experience owning a healthcare business line and enterprise GTM function
- Proven success executing GTM playbooks across sales, implementation, and Customer Success
- Track record of selling high-value solutions into large health systems
- Deep understanding of how health systems evaluate and scale technology-enabled care models
- Ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, CNO)
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
