Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor fee adjustments internally and from third parties
• Communicate technical implications and revenue impact of changes
• Support system change requests and testing for cost and revenue assurance
• Create and manage Net Revenue calculation models and dashboards
• Develop market insights through competitor analysis
• Perform large data extraction and synthesis from various sources
• Act as contact point for pricing queries
• Support month-end activities and Pricing Governance
• Serve as commercial lead for tender documentation and negotiations
• Deliver Pricing training and maintain a resource center

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas)
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, DAX, and Power BI is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for business presentations
• 2+ years of Card Payment Industry knowledge (Scheme Fees & Interchange)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial, or fintech segments
• Degree qualification or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
