About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Revenue Growth Management to shape enterprise pricing strategy and long-term roadmaps
- Lead pricing, elasticity, competitive, and retailer economics analyses
- Design and lead pricing and Price Pack Architecture tests and scenario analyses
- Identify portfolio whitespace and assortment optimization opportunities
- Partner throughout the Stage-Gate process to develop commercialization strategies for innovation
- Assess retailer margin structures and channel economics across various channels
- Build pricing governance and monitor execution of approved investments
- Build scalable RGM tools and decision-making frameworks
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Strategic Pricing, or Commercial Finance, preferably in CPG
- Demonstrated experience developing pricing strategies and Price Pack Architecture
- Experience leading analytical work, testing, and business case modeling
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Circana, NIQ, or other commercial analytics tools preferred
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Analytics; MBA is a plus
