About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct ownership of the architecture, scalability, reliability, security, and long-term evolution of backend infrastructure
- Ensure integrated services and systems (e.g., CRM, EHR, eComm, 3PL, etc.) are designed and operated to scale reliably
- Lead the design and implementation of internal tools for technical and non-technical leaders and teams
- Provide technical leadership across backend architecture, integration strategy, engineering standards, and platform decision-making
- Engage in hands-on engineering alongside leadership duties
Requirements
- Proven experience in backend architecture and infrastructure management
- Ability to scale reliably and secure systems
- Experience with integrated services and systems (e.g., CRM, CRM, EHR, eComm, 3PL)
- Strong technical leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in a high-growth, telehealth-driven environment
