About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the answer to top-line questions across commercial volume and the revenue cycle
- Structure ambiguous business problems into problem statements and issue trees
- Act as principal analytics advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer's organization
- Run the operating rhythm with commercial and product leadership
- Lead analytical engagements end to end using AI agents within a governed framework
- Surface important issues leaders have not yet asked about
Requirements
- Ten or more years in commercial strategy, growth analytics, consulting or strategic finance
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, economics or business field, or equivalent experience
- Track record advising C-level and VP leaders with evidence
- Strong problem structuring and communication skills
- Hands-on use of AI tools and agents in analytical work
- Fluency with data, including reading and checking queries
- Grounding in measurement and experimental design
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline
- Field-performance analytics experience
- Diagnostics or healthcare commercial experience
