About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, implementation, operation, and scalability of customer-facing eCommerce systems and storefront infrastructure
- Manage payment workflows, attribution, and analytics instrumentation
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical leaders to ensure seamless purchasing, subscription, and fulfillment experiences
- Oversee integrated systems including Shopify, Stripe, Customer.io, 3PL, and Mixpanel
- Provide technical leadership on eCommerce architecture, checkout strategy, and engineering standards
