Principal Officer - Security Planning and Development

Responsibilities

• Support the Authority's security and control system, including systems, standards, policies and procedures
• Participate in developing security training plans and programs to raise stakeholder awareness
• Coordinate relationships and partnership frameworks with security authorities and stakeholders
• Review security research, studies and best practices to keep pace with global developments
• Evaluate and review security processes and develop business continuity plans for the Department
• Conduct periodic evaluations of security maturity levels and control effectiveness, and follow up on implementation
• Manage security performance indicators and submit periodic analytical reports
• Ensure compliance with local laws, legislation and international security standards
• Maintain information-security conduct and comply with information-security policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or master's degree in law or information technology
• 0-2 years experience with a master's degree (2+ years with a bachelor's degree)
• Security audit and assurance, crisis and emergency management
• Information security compliance, ISO/IEC 27001 certification, CPP, quality management systems
