Principal Product Manager, LeanX

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for LeanX across all product lines
• Turn strategy into specs, priorities and roadmaps for engineering
• Build a scalable cross-border payments platform and launch corridors repeatably
• Automate treasury operations: pre-funding, liquidity, FX and reconciliation
• Own the stablecoin infrastructure roadmap: wallets, on-ramps, off-ramps and payouts
• Make LeanX build on Lean's core infrastructure and keep one clean platform
• Be the first stop for product questions from clients and commercial teams

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including senior B2B or infrastructure ownership
• Experience in cross-border payments, remittance, treasury or stablecoin infrastructure
• Strong technical fluency with APIs and system design trade-offs
• Track record taking products from early stage to scale
• Comfort treating compliance and licensing as product inputs
• Clear, concise written communication
• Experience with distributed engineering teams across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GCC, South Asia or other emerging-market payment corridors
• Experience building with AI tools to automate product workflows
• Arabic language
