Principal Solutions Architect

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales and solution delivery for strategic customers across the Middle East
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior customer stakeholders including CTOs and Head of ML
• Lead complex ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures for large-scale training and inference
• Design and document reference architectures and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
• Drive advanced PoCs, workshops, and architecture reviews to accelerate customer adoption
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to other Solutions Architects

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles like Solutions Architect or ML Platform Engineer
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and GPU-accelerated computing
• Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, and large-scale GPU environments
• Extensive experience working with enterprise customers across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.)
• Native or fluent Arabic and professional English
• Ability to travel across the Middle East as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hyperscale cloud providers or AI infrastructure companies
• Experience supporting sovereign cloud or government/regulated industry customers
• Knowledge of modern AI frameworks and distributed training technologies
• Existing relationships within the regional AI and cloud ecosystem
