Principal SRE

Responsibilities

• Own SaaS operations end-to-end, from Kubernetes clusters to quarterly service reviews with bank executives
• Manage service management for SaaS customers, including SLA definition, reporting, and incident communications
• Oversee release and deployment operations, production change management, and environment promotion
• Lead the reliability program, including disaster recovery, business continuity, and capacity planning
• Develop the tenant onboarding runbook to ensure repeatable go-live paths for new banks
• Manage the European launch across new Azure regions with data residency and support coverage
• Handle compliance operations for outsourcing arrangements under ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks

Requirements

• 12+ years in production operations, with leadership experience in multi-tenant SaaS
• Proven track record of customer-facing service management and leading severity-one bridges
• Experience building and scaling SRE or platform-operations teams across regions
• Deep technical expertise in Kubernetes and cloud failure modes
• Working knowledge of Azure networking, identity, and quota planning
• Experience with certification and audit regimes such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain exposure to wealth management, brokerage, or capital markets
• Experience operating streaming or workflow infrastructure like Temporal or Kafka
• Experience with on-premises software delivery to enterprise customers
