About the role
Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the Group Asset Management strategy across all business clusters
- Collaborate with corporate and cluster-level strategy teams to cascade and embed strategic vision
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, measurable objectives, and performance metrics
- Track execution and drive continuous improvement across the organization
- Act as a strategic advisor to the VP - Group Asset Management and executive leadership
- Support the formulation, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives
- Align cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholder engagement
- Maintain rigorous reporting and analysis to enable data-driven decision-making
