About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead complex tax planning and transaction support
- Lead international tax initiatives
- Partner with business leaders, corporate functions, parent-company tax teams, and external advisors
- Evaluate alternatives and deliver practical solutions that manage tax risk
- Support business lines and legal and operational teams on policyholder tax matters
- Mentor, train, and develop tax professionals across the department
