About the role
Responsibilities
- Enhance priority banking capabilities per role
- Manage customer service functions and operational controls for Gold Centers
- Control and manage priority customer complaints from all channels
- Monitor Relationship Manager achievements against targets and provide solutions
- Suggest portfolio retagging and movements to enhance RM capabilities
- Ensure Gold Centers meet standards and are equipped with functional technology
- Monitor Mystery Shopper scoring and identify improvement areas
- Prospect new business opportunities through customer servicing
- Assess RM skills and development needs
Requirements
- Bilingual (Arabic & English)
- Six years of banking experience in customer-facing roles
- Working knowledge of customer service and frontline management
- Strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
