About the role
Responsibilities
- Curate bespoke luxury travel plans for high-net-worth individuals
- Build and maintain strong connections with private members and family offices
- Attract new members through luxury travel service promotion and networking
- Host events to showcase offerings and engage with members
- Collaborate with product, content, and concierge teams for seamless execution
- Manage DMC partnerships to ensure premium on-the-ground service
- Stay informed on the latest luxury travel trends
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Consultant for luxury clients
- Expertise in the global luxury travel market and exclusive networks
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in advanced travel management software and GDS
- Ability to provide round-the-clock service as needed
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments
