About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle delivery of CM related business processes and related services for all Business Units of IFFCO group
- Manage funds, including transaction documentation for loans and investments
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and liaise with AP & AR teams
- Manage petty cash, including collection, maintenance, and claim processing
- Process import and export documents such as Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit
- Monitor bank accounts daily for cash management
- Record loans, interest repayments, bank charges, and foreign exchange deals
- Monitor debt covenants and report on group financial position and risk exposure
- Assist with month-end reporting and statutory audits
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within BPO or Shared Services
- Graduate degree in Finance
- Part or fully qualified student of a recognized professional institute (CFA, ICWA, CMA, etc.)
- Proficiency in Oracle or SAP ERP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial transaction processing and general ledger management
