About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day Escrow operations activities in compliance with Real Estate, DIFC, Common Area, and Commercial Escrow laws and regulations
- Verify daily transaction documents related to developers, unit management, payments, and deposits
- Liaise with bank-appointed engineers for payment release certifications
- Reconcile internal and regulatory reports for timely submission to stakeholders
- Perform UAT for new product releases and coordinate with IT and product teams
- Analyze operational activities to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Requirements
- UAE Nationals ONLY
- Bachelor of Commerce or an equivalent degree
- 0-2 years of experience in Escrow Operations, Services, or banking
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of banking applications such as Finacle, BPM, EMS, or Payment Hub
