About the role
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services for events and projects
- Issue 30-40 purchase orders monthly
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers and DWTC staff
- Manage basic contracts
- Prepare reports and trackers
- Ensure procurement is on time, within budget, and compliant with company policies
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of procurement experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic contract management skills
