Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement queries, documentation, registers, and filing systems
• Prepare purchase plans for equipment, services, and supplies
• Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
• Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services for Events
• Manage payment terms, negotiation, and optimization
• Plan and achieve supplier accreditation and service level management
• Coordinate annual overseas orders and maintain daily records
• Barcode assets and update asset registers
• Conduct annual stock asset takes
• Submit vendor accounts for timely payment
• Reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with suppliers
• Provide policy analysis and recommendations for purchasing and leasing

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Supervisory and management experience
• High attention to detail
