Procurement Officer - UAE Nationals Only

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests and manage RFQs, RFPs, and ITTs in coordination with end users
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best value for money and manage contract delivery and renewals
• Create and track purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Maintain and assess supplier performance and manage the pre-qualification of new vendors
• Source medical, dental, and pharmaceutical equipment and supplies, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Prepare monthly procurement reports and maintain auditable transaction files
• Coordinate with Finance and Stores to ensure smooth delivery and payment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Procurement, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement and contracts management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable ERP system
• Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, bid evaluation, and contract management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS)
• Experience in procurement of medical, dental, pharmaceutical, or healthcare equipment
