About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate toller activities including commercial follow-up, pricing control, and relationship management
- Support raw material and packaging material pricing control and quarterly reviews
- Conduct RFQs for quarterly purchase requirements and ad-hoc sourcing needs
- Manage end-to-end vendor creation process and ERP registration
- Resolve vendor payment delays and invoice corrections in coordination with finance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, or Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in chemical or packaging procurement
- Familiarity with ERP systems and vendor onboarding workflows
- Experience managing suppliers across UAE, GCC, and Pakistan
