Procurement & Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Source products and suppliers internationally and identify qualified vendors
• Develop knowledge of Incoterms, international trade, customs, and import/export documentation
• Prepare RFQs by converting client requirements into structured spreadsheets
• Review supplier quotations and prepare technical and commercial clarification questions
• Evaluate quotations and prepare bid comparison summaries with recommendations
• Normalize pricing across different units of measure, currencies, and packaging
• Maintain procurement data and workflows in Airtable and related business systems
• Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with Airtable or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with an international team
• Highly organized with disciplined document management habits
