About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities for assigned spend categories
- Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract activities with business units, Legal, Risk and Finance
- Execute RFI, RFQ and RFP sourcing events
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and service-level agreements with suppliers
- Support category management strategies to optimize spend and supplier performance
- Ensure procurement complies with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking
- Maintain procurement records, contracts and supplier information
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve service issues
- Support procurement reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field
- Experience managing sourcing events, supplier negotiations and contract management
- Understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier management frameworks
- Experience handling multiple procurement categories independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
- UAE National with a family book
