About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing requests within the assigned country or region
- Analyze end-user requirements and identify value-driving methods
- Apply sourcing processes including RfIs, RfQs, and RfPs using e-Sourcing tools
- Maintain preferred vendor databases and manage supplier relationships
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the requisition-to-pay (R2P) team
- Support the implementation of new procurement processes, policies, and technologies
- Maintain documentation for audits and submit operational buying data
- Monitor procurement targets, KPIs, and metrics
- Support supplier due diligence, diversity, and ethical standard initiatives
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in a business-related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar procurement role
- Understanding of legal contracts and risks in purchasing agreements
- Proficiency in SAP, Google Suite, Tableau, and Office tools
- Experience with agile tools such as Trello and Lucid
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
