Product Compliance & NPAP

Responsibilities

• Translate card-scheme mandates into clear actionable product requirements
• Maintain end-to-end oversight of product compliance across the portfolio
• Own and improve the Product Compliance Tracker
• Act as Product SPOC and governance lead for Group Product Scheme Compliance
• Identify non-compliance exposure early and coordinate mitigation plans
• Chair and manage the NPAP Steering Committee
• Drive resolution of critical blockers across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations and Finance
• Monitor funnel performance and recommend conversion improvements
• Lead automation of product-compliance processes and governance workflows

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Risk, Law, Technology or related discipline
• Substantial experience in product governance, scheme compliance or payments product management
• Experience interpreting card-scheme mandates and regulatory obligations
• Proven leadership of cross-functional governance
• Experience chairing steering committees and approval forums
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles and approval controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional credentials in payments, risk, compliance, governance or product management
