About the role
About the Company
MoonTech is an AI-first, agentic workflow company transforming influencer performance marketing through autonomous AI agents. Our platform automates the entire campaign lifecycle, enabling brands to launch, manage, optimize, and scale creator campaigns with guaranteed conversions and measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Define, track, and report north-star and funnel metrics for brands and creators
- Partner with PMs to define event tracking specs during feature planning
- Work with data and engineering teams on data infrastructure modernization
- Validate data quality and act as a partner on schema and taxonomy decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards for PMs, leadership, and investors
- Use LLM-assisted SQL and Python generation for repeatable AI-driven analysis
- Tie product and campaign changes to revenue, retention, and unit economics
- Design A/B tests, size samples, and maintain experiment logs
- Support data literacy across the PM team
Requirements
- 5+ years in product analytics or data analysis
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or performance marketing
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (specifically pandas)
- Hands-on experience with customer data platforms or event tracking pipelines
- Experience with modern BI or dashboarding tools
- AI-native workflow using LLMs and agents for daily analysis tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing analytics
- GCC or MENA market experience
- Experience configuring agentic analytics workflows
