Product Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Own mobile design end to end from concept through high-fidelity execution on iOS and Android
• Design information architecture and navigation for a seamless member experience
• Drive adoption and retention through experiences that earn a member's attention
• Partner with Content Designers to align visual and written communication
• Ground design decisions in qualitative and quantitative research
• Grow the design system with accessibility and scalability in mind

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years in product/UX design with a portfolio of mobile-first work
• Experience building consumer apps focused on daily and weekly active usage
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences
• Strong visual and interaction craft, prototyping, and systems thinking
• Experience leading user research or usability testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with behavior change frameworks or gamification
• Experience helping teammates develop as designers
• Empathy and sensitivity to healthcare journeys
