Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design projects from exploration to implementation
• Design smooth transitions, meaningful feedback, and natural interactions
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Maintain the Fireflies Essential Design System for consistency and scalability
• Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design
• A portfolio showcasing impactful designs in fast-moving environments
• Expertise in UI design, interaction, and copywriting
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto-Layout, Variables, Components, Prototypes)
• Experience designing and applying systems across multiple products
• Ability to work autonomously and lead design initiatives
