Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end design solutions that are truly elegant, beautiful, fun, and simple
• Push back on complexity creeping into the product
• Use a variety of mediums to communicate concepts, including LLM-generated prototypes, writing, and high-fidelity solutions
• Collaborate with engineers and product thinkers to understand technical constraints
• Iterate rapidly and broadly to make abstract ideas tangible
• Internalize user needs through team insights

Requirements

• Depth of experience designing solutions for challenging product problems
• Experience designing specifically for large web applications and tools
• Technical understanding of engineering processes and constraints
• Ability to communicate design decisions through speaking and writing
• Comfort with asynchronous collaboration and remote work
• High internal bar for craft and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM-based UI and interaction prototyping
• Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, React)
• Technical background or CS degree
• Experience building or using developer tools
