Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives from conception to final execution
• Drive continuous improvements in design processes
• Ensure consistency in design outputs through collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Drive the evolution and adherence to SafetyWing's design system
• Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Requirements

• Advanced product design experience demonstrated through a portfolio
• Experience designing user experiences within insurance, finance, or compliance regulated sectors
• Ability to design beyond the screen, considering user flows and long-term product architecture
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience conducting usability testing
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Understanding of business and product strategy
