About the role
Responsibilities
- Understand key trends and translate them into strong beauty concepts
- Stay up to date of the competitive environment & track launches
- Create aesthetic product mood boards
- Manage end-to-end development trackers from conception to production
- Create detailed product briefs for suppliers
- Communicate texture & shade direction changes to suppliers
- Work cross-functionally with PD operations, Product & Brand Marketing teams
- Provide artwork information for primary and secondary packaging
- Travel required to meet suppliers and execute onsite formula approvals
Requirements
- 3–5 years of corporate experience, preferably in beauty or creative industry
- Solid understanding of formulation basics and ability to assess textures, finishes, and shade payoffs
- Strong project management mindset and ability to prioritize multiple launches
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Tech savvy with ability to create brand-aligned presentations
- Passion for and knowledge of the beauty industry
- Skills using Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Makeup artistry experience is a bonus
