Product Engineer (AI-Native)

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end, from a one-line problem statement to production
• Reach out to external partners and providers for sandbox access and documentation
• Write product and technical specifications using AI agents
• Delegate development to AI agents and critically review and accept their output
• Test features and ensure reliability of code handling financial transactions
• Help evolve the company's AI-first development process

Requirements

• Senior-level engineering background with experience owning complex production systems (architecture, reliability, deployment, and integrations)
• Proficiency with AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as a primary development tool
• Strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to critically review and catch errors in AI-generated code
• Focus on hands-on product work as an individual contributor
