Responsibilities
- Work closely with founders to iterate quickly and build an app people love using
- Design a scalable cloud-based architecture
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to build features according to specifications
- Create an AI-driven recruitment platform to provide the best user experience
Requirements
- Expertise in backend development using Golang
- Experience architecting microservices on the cloud for scalable, distributed systems
- Experience in DevOps on Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Familiarity with various data stores such as NoSQL and Redis
- Experience leading scrum ceremonies as a Scrum Master
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with frontend development in Vue or React
What we look for
