About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Product Growth strategies to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Analyze behavioral and product analytics to identify growth opportunities and prioritize experiments
- Lead experimentation initiatives including hypothesis development, A/B testing, and measurement frameworks
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights
Requirements
- Experience developing Product Growth strategies for digital products
- Proficiency with behavioral analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4
- Experience designing or evaluating experiments
- Understanding of customer journeys, product metrics, and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to thrive in a remote, consulting environment managing multiple client engagements
