About the role
Responsibilities
- Own 3+ month onboarding programs end-to-end including project plans and milestones
- Lead stakeholder management, run steering calls, and negotiate scope/timing tradeoffs
- Proactively derisk implementations using risk registers and gating criteria
- Diagnose technical and product blockers such as data mismatches and integration issues
- Collaborate with product and engineering to recommend product improvements
- Standardize onboarding processes through playbooks, runbooks, and templates
- Communicate clearly with clients to set expectations and resolve questions
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
- Proven ownership of 3+ month onboarding programs or enterprise engagements
- Strong project management skills including risk registers and executive reporting
- Basic SQL and Excel skills for data lookups and validation
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work across time zones in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer data migrations and APIs
- Proficiency with Postman, Zapier, or other workflow automation tools
