Product Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own 3+ month onboarding programs end-to-end including project plans and milestones
• Lead stakeholder management, run steering calls, and negotiate scope/timing tradeoffs
• Proactively derisk implementations using risk registers and gating criteria
• Diagnose technical and product blockers such as data mismatches and integration issues
• Collaborate with product and engineering to recommend product improvements
• Standardize onboarding processes through playbooks, runbooks, and templates
• Communicate clearly with clients to set expectations and resolve questions

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
• Proven ownership of 3+ month onboarding programs or enterprise engagements
• Strong project management skills including risk registers and executive reporting
• Basic SQL and Excel skills for data lookups and validation
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work across time zones in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer data migrations and APIs
• Proficiency with Postman, Zapier, or other workflow automation tools
