Product Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Own conceptualization, development, and definition of high-visibility initiatives to solve customer problems
• Deconstruct user problems using design thinking techniques
• Participate in user interviews and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to discover trends
• Collaborate with customer service teams to identify user pain points and ideate solutions
• Write clear requirements for the product, design, and development teams
• Articulate product concepts to engineering, executive, UX/UI, and client teams

Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Passion for creating products that improve people's lives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance or unclear requirements
• Comfort with uncertainty and a positive outlook on critical feedback
• Strong logical thinking skillset
