About the role
Responsibilities
- Own conceptualization, development, and definition of high-visibility initiatives to solve customer problems
- Deconstruct user problems using design thinking techniques
- Participate in user interviews and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to discover trends
- Collaborate with customer service teams to identify user pain points and ideate solutions
- Write clear requirements for the product, design, and development teams
- Articulate product concepts to engineering, executive, UX/UI, and client teams
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Passion for creating products that improve people's lives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance or unclear requirements
- Comfort with uncertainty and a positive outlook on critical feedback
- Strong logical thinking skillset
