About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the concept, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to drive Banca sales
- Evaluate marketing campaigns, advertising, and optimization metrics to ensure effectiveness
- Plan and organize customer and internal staff events to promote Banca
- Collaborate with frontline staff to align on objectives, campaigns, and go-to-market plans
- Develop customer communication plans aligned with brand standards
- Facilitate communication between bancassurance, insurance partners, and frontline teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing
- Familiarity with insurance or Bancassurance is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills for stakeholder management
- Analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset
- Experience in budget planning and management
- Experience in content, digital, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
