Product Management Specialist - Bancassurance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the concept, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to drive Banca sales
• Evaluate marketing campaigns, advertising, and optimization metrics to ensure effectiveness
• Plan and organize customer and internal staff events to promote Banca
• Collaborate with frontline staff to align on objectives, campaigns, and go-to-market plans
• Develop customer communication plans aligned with brand standards
• Facilitate communication between bancassurance, insurance partners, and frontline teams

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing
• Familiarity with insurance or Bancassurance is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills for stakeholder management
• Analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset
• Experience in budget planning and management
• Experience in content, digital, and social media marketing
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
