About the role
Responsibilities
- Talk to customers across the full spectrum to identify needs and set the roadmap
- Unify the developer workflow including CLI, migrations, seeds, and Git integration
- Own launch outcomes and define success metrics for each release
- Manage the commercial shape and constraints of branching features
- Decide product priorities and manage engineering, design, and leadership alignment
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools or ex-founder background
- Proven track record of shipping developer-workflow products (CI/CD, migrations, or preview environments)
- Hands-on technical ability to follow design discussions and understand code
- Bias toward action and ability to work asynchronously by default
- Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem is a bonus
