Product Manager, Cards

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain card products across proposition, segments, pricing and launch strategy
• Explore co-brand and product partnerships, build business cases and financial models
• Run cost-benefit simulations and evaluate value propositions regularly
• Drive product launches, re-launches and maintenance with IT, Ops, Marketing and Digital
• Define credit card acquisition strategy and work with risk on policy optimization
• Design onboarding and early account management programs to maximize activation and spend
• Own end-to-end customer experience, digitization and complaint resolution
• Manage payment scheme commercial and legal agreements
• Present business performance, opportunities and key risks to management

Requirements

• Product management experience in cards or consumer banking
• Financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis skills
• Risk-adjusted returns and credit policy understanding
