Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage compliance products for the digital currency exchange to ensure alignment with local laws and industry standards.
• Manage regional sub-station products, collaborating with local teams to drive product localization and compliance adaptation.
• Track global digital currency compliance policy changes and assess their impact on business risks.
• Design and optimize compliance modules such as identity authentication, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC).
• Develop compliance tools and systems to improve automation and review efficiency while ensuring data security.
• Collaborate with technical, legal, risk control, and operations teams to balance compliance requirements with business needs.
• Write Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and coordinate resources for design, development, and launch.
• Monitor compliance execution after product launches to ensure continuous adherence to regional regulations.
• Design and optimize compliance data monitoring and reporting systems to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Law, Finance, Computer Science, or International Trade.
• 2+ years of internet product management experience, with at least 1 year in compliance or sub-station product management.
• Familiarity with the digital currency industry and compliance requirements (AML, KYC, data protection, etc.).
• Strong compliance risk awareness with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Proficiency in full product lifecycle management and independent PRD writing.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
