About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a product area from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Understand customers, workflows and unmet needs through research and data
- Turn customer problems and strategy into priorities, hypotheses and solutions
- Find where AI simplifies workflows and creates real value, with Engineering and Design
- Make scope and prioritization trade-offs to ship intuitive solutions
- Define success metrics and use insights to keep improving
- Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally B2B SaaS
- Experience taking initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration
- Strong product judgment and UX instincts
- Analytical thinking combining customer insight, data and business context
- Ownership-driven mindset with comfort in ambiguity
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered products, creative tools or content platforms
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or collaborative workflows
- Familiarity with EdTech, learning and development or workplace training
