Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the development, pricing, execution, and lifecycle management of Structured Products
• Identify product needs across customer segments and eliminate product gaps
• Ideate, analyze, and optimize payoffs and underlyings in line with house views
• Manage the lifecycle of products from launch to maturity
• Improve processes and automate desk activities where possible
• Manage relationships with internal and external counterparties
• Monitor structured products trade book for compliance and risk escalation
• Act as a point of contact for all stakeholders regarding Structured Products

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Mathematics from a top-tier university
• Proven experience in Equities, Rates, FX, Fixed Income, or Structured Payoff Structuring
• Experience within Global Markets, Quantitative Structuring, or Structured Products
• Hands-on experience in the design, pricing, and structuring of derivative and structured investment products
• Demonstrated programming and quantitative development skills in Java, VBA, Python, C++, GitHub, or SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Finance from a reputed international university
• Specialized coursework in derivatives, structured products, and advanced financial markets
